Quick guide from the manual
The Iskydance 0/1-10V LED Dimming Driver (Model: LV) is a 1-channel device designed to convert 0/1-10V signals into PWM constant voltage output. It is compatible with active or passive 0-10V, 1-10V, 10V PWM, and RX dimmers. The device features logarithmic dimming for a natural visual experience. Ensure that the number of drivers connected to a single dimmer does not exceed 50 pieces and that the wire length between the dimmer and the driver is no more than 50 meters.
Technical Parameters
- Input Voltage: 5-36VDC
- Input Current: 8.5A
- Output Voltage: 5-36VDC
- Output Current: 1 Channel, 8A
- Output Power: 40W/96W/192W/288W (depending on 5V/12V/24V/36V input)
- PWM Frequency: 500Hz
- Dimming Range: 0-100%
Wiring and Installation
The driver requires a 5-36VDC power supply and a compatible 0/1-10V dimmer. Connect the dimmer to the 0/1-10V signal input terminals. Connect the power supply to the power input terminals (positive and negative). Connect the LED strip to the LED output terminals (positive and negative). Ensure all connections are secure and polarity is correct before powering on the system.
Dimming Characteristics
The device utilizes a logarithmic dimming curve. This characteristic is designed to be comfortable for the human eye, providing smooth transitions across the 0-100% dimming range.
Safety and Environment
- Operating Temperature: -30°C to +55°C
- Case Temperature (Max): +85°C
- IP Rating: IP20 (Indoor use only)
- Protection: Reverse polarity and short circuit protection
- Warranty: 5 years
Practical help
Common problems
Verify that the dimmer is compatible (0-10V, 1-10V, 10V PWM, or RX) and that the signal wires are connected to the correct input terminals.
Ensure the wire length from the dimmer to the LED driver does not exceed 50 meters.
Ensure the total number of LED drivers connected to a single 0/1-10V dimmer does not exceed 50 pieces.
Before use
- Verify that the power supply voltage matches the LED strip requirements (5-36VDC).
- Ensure the dimmer type is compatible with the 4-in-1 input (0-10V, 1-10V, 10V PWM, RX).
- Check that the input and output polarity connections are correct.
- Confirm the installation environment is within the temperature range of -30°C to +55°C.
- Ensure the total load does not exceed the driver's current capacity (8A).
