This 360 Rotation Bumper Car is designed for children aged 18-72 months with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lb (30 kg). Important: The product is packed with the battery disconnected; you must connect the battery before the first use. Adult assembly and supervision are required at all times. Do not use the vehicle on roadways, near motor vehicles, steep inclines, steps, or swimming pools. Always ensure the child wears a helmet and is securely fastened with the seatbelt.

Assembly instructions

Assembly must be performed by an adult. Keep children away from small parts during this process.

• Backrest: Connect the electrical wire from the backrest to the main car body, then insert the backrest into the body.
• Joysticks: Attach the joysticks to the car body using the provided M3.5 x 20 screws, then slip the joystick caps on top.
• Battery Connection: Temporarily remove the seat, connect the electrical wire from the car to the battery, and replace the seat.

Operation

The vehicle can be controlled via the joysticks or the included remote control.

• Joystick Control: Push or pull the joysticks to move forward, backward, or rotate. Do not change direction until the vehicle comes to a complete stop to avoid motor damage.
• Remote Control: Requires 2 AAA 1.5V batteries (not included). To pair, insert batteries, press the 'M' (pairing) button for 2-4 seconds until the indicator flashes, then turn on the vehicle. The indicator should turn solid.
• Control Panel: Use the power button to turn the vehicle on/off. The speed button toggles between high and low speeds. The control button switches between remote and joystick input.

Charging the battery

The battery requires 8-12 hours to charge. Do not charge for more than 20 hours to prevent overheating or damage.

• Ensure the vehicle is turned OFF before charging.
• Connect the charger to the charging port on the control panel, then plug into a wall outlet.
• The charger indicator turns red while charging and green when complete.
• Charge the battery at least once a month if the vehicle is not in regular use.

App connectivity

The vehicle can be connected to a smart device via the Kidzone app.

• Download the 'Kidzone' app from the app store or Google Play.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
• Sign up or log in to your account.
• Tap 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with the bumper car.
• The app allows for game modes (Mission or Challenge) and tracks scores.

Care and maintenance

• Regularly check for loose parts and re-tighten if necessary.
• Clean the vehicle with a cloth; do not use a hose or immerse in water.
• Use non-wax furniture polish to restore shine to plastic parts.
• Occasionally lubricate moving parts with lightweight oil.
• Store away from heat sources and cover with a tarp when not in use.

Troubleshooting

If the vehicle does not move, check the battery connection and ensure it is fully charged. The fuse will reset automatically in 10-15 seconds if overloaded. If the vehicle runs slowly, verify the user weight is under 66 lb and that the battery is not old or damaged. For persistent issues like grinding sounds or charging failures, contact customer service.
