This document provides essential instructions for the Kidzone 060-ROT-32L Licensed Audi RS6. Before allowing your child to use the vehicle, ensure it is fully assembled by an adult and the battery is charged. The vehicle is designed for children aged 37-72 months with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lb (30 kg). Always supervise children during use and ensure they wear appropriate protective equipment, such as a helmet.

Safety Instructions

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage. Key safety points include:

• Age and Weight: Designed for children 37-72 months old; do not exceed 66 lb (30 kg).
• Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times. Never leave children unattended.
• Environment: Operate only on flat, smooth surfaces. Avoid slippery conditions (rain, snow, ice), steep inclines, steps, or swimming pools. Do not use in the dark.
• Operation: Do not use as a traffic tool. Ensure the seatbelt is fastened. Keep hands, legs, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
• Braking: The vehicle does not have brakes; avoid areas requiring active braking.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly must be performed by an adult. Keep small parts away from children during the process.

Wheels Assembly

Connect the motors to the rear axle. Insert wheels (D) onto the axles, matching them with the motors. Secure each wheel with a washer and M10 nut, then cover with wheel caps (E). Repeat for front wheels.

Steering Wheel and Battery

Connect the wire connector from the steering wheel (G) to the steering column. Push the steering wheel onto the column until it clicks. Connect the battery wire connector to the vehicle's connector.

Seat, Windshield, and Mirrors

Fit the seat (C) groove to the vehicle body tab and secure with screws. Attach the windshield (B) by fitting tabs into grooves until it clicks. Attach side mirrors (F) to the sides of the vehicle.

Operation

The vehicle is controlled via the power button, forward/reverse switch, and foot pedal. Press the foot pedal to move and release to stop. Do not change direction while the vehicle is moving to avoid motor damage.

Media Player

The media player supports music and Bluetooth modes. Use the mode button to switch between them. You can connect a mobile device via Bluetooth by selecting 'Kidzone Ride-On'.

Remote Control

The remote control allows an adult to override the foot pedal. To pair, insert batteries, hold the forward and reverse buttons for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes, then turn on the vehicle. The indicator will turn solid once paired.

Charging the Battery

The battery must be charged by an adult. Connect the charger to the charging port and plug it into a wall outlet. The vehicle must be OFF during charging. The charger indicator turns red when charging and green when complete. Charge for 8-12 hours; do not exceed 20 hours.

Care and Maintenance

• Regularly check for loose parts or cracked plastic.
• Store the vehicle away from heat sources and wet weather.
• Clean with a cloth; do not use a hose or immerse in water.
• Use lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts occasionally.
• Charge the battery at least once a month if not in use.

Troubleshooting

If the vehicle does not move, check the battery connection, ensure it is fully charged, or check if the thermal fuse has tripped (it will reset automatically after turning the vehicle off for 20 seconds). If the vehicle runs slowly, check for overloading or battery issues.
