This manual provides instructions for the Lauben Kitchen Machine 1200BC and 1200WT. Before first use, clean all accessories with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Place the appliance on a flat, clean, and dry surface.
Product description
The kitchen machine includes a multifunction arm, stainless steel bowl, blender, meat grinder, and chopper attachments. Refer to the numbered diagram on page 5 for specific component identification.
Mixing, Kneading, and Whipping
To use the mixing bowl:
- Press the release button to lift the multifunction arm.
- Attach the bowl and turn until it clicks.
- Attach the desired tool (whisk, mixer blade, or dough hook) and lock it with a quarter turn.
- Lower the arm until it clicks into the horizontal position.
Blending
To use the blender:
- Ensure the multifunction arm is in the horizontal position.
- Remove the blender connector cover.
- Attach the assembled blender and lock it by turning counterclockwise.
- Do not run the blender empty for more than 1 minute.
Meat Grinder, Sausages, and Kebabs
Follow the specific assembly steps for the meat grinder, ensuring the worm shaft is inserted with the narrow end first. Use the pusher to feed meat; never use fingers or other utensils.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not immerse the motor in water. Most accessories are dishwasher safe, except for the metal parts of the meat grinder (meat feeder, grinding plates, worm shaft, meat chopper, screw ring). Keep grinding plates and the chopper lubricated with cooking oil after each use.
