Quick guide from the manual
This food processor is designed for household use to chop, mix, slice, shred, and knead. Before first use, unpack all parts and wash them in hot, soapy water, excluding the base. Always ensure the unit is unplugged before assembly or disassembly. The unit will not operate unless the lid is securely latched and the large food pusher is properly inserted into the feed chute.
Important Safeguards
- Do not immerse the base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Always turn the unit to OFF before unplugging.
- Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades and discs during operation.
- Use the provided food pushers to feed food into the chute; never use hands or other objects.
- Do not operate if any part is broken or if the supply cord is damaged.
- Do not use the unit for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Ensure the blade or disc has come to a full stop before removing the lid.

- Pulse on and off for best chopping results.
- Chill firm cheese for at least 30 minutes before slicing or shredding.
- If the unit runs continuously for an extended period, let it rest for 4 minutes.
Processing Charts
The manual provides specific maximum amounts for different foods in both the large and small bowls. Always ensure you do not process past the MAX Fill Line on the bowl.
Care and Cleaning
- Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the base, control panel, and cord with a damp cloth.
- Bowls, lid, pushers, blades, and disc are top-rack dishwasher safe, or can be hand-washed.
- Do not use the SANI setting in the dishwasher as it may damage the parts.
Troubleshooting
- Unit does not operate: Check if plugged in, lid is latched, large food pusher is in place, or if motor overload protection has triggered (let cool for 15 minutes).
- Burning smell: Normal during initial use due to manufacturing residue. If strong or smoke appears, unplug immediately.
- Food not sliced/shredded uniformly: Do not overpack the feed chute or push too hard.
