Quick guide from the manual
This document provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the NEO TOOLS 12K030 and 12K031 oil compressors. Always read the full manual before use. Key safety measures include wearing protective gear, keeping children away, and ensuring proper grounding. Never operate the compressor without all guards installed or in wet conditions.

Installation
After unpacking, ensure the unit is in perfect condition. Install wheels and the rubber tab as per the instructions. Place the compressor on a flat surface or a slope of max 10° in a well-ventilated area. Ensure the belt guard is at least 100 cm from any wall. If the surface is sloped, secure the wheels with wedges.
Operation
Before starting, check the oil level using the dipstick or sight glass. Connect to a grounded power outlet. For 3-phase models, installation must be performed by a qualified technician. To start, turn the pressure switch knob to the 'I' (ON) position. The compressor is fully automatic, stopping when the maximum pressure is reached and restarting when pressure drops to the minimum.
Maintenance
Perform the following maintenance tasks:
- Every 50 hours: Clean the suction filter element by blowing it with compressed air.
- Weekly: Drain condensate from the tank by opening the drain cock under the tank.
- Oil Change: Replace the oil in the pumping element before the first 100 hours of operation. Use synthetic oil for ambient temperatures between -5°C and +40°C.
Troubleshooting
- Air loss at the pressure switch valve: Release tank pressure, tighten the hexagonal valve head, and clean the rubber disc and its seat.
- Compressor runs but no load: Check for faulty valves or seals.
- Compressor does not start: Check power supply, extension cable diameter, ambient temperature, and thermal switch status.
Safety
Never touch moving parts or heated surfaces (pipes, heads, cylinders). Do not direct the air stream toward people or animals. Always disconnect from the power source before performing any maintenance.
