The Palmer PWT12IEC is a universal power supply for effect pedals. It features 12 isolated DC outputs, one non-isolated DC output, and USB charging ports. Connections and operating elements
The unit features the following connections:
- AC INPUT: IEC connection for power supply.
- POWER: Rocker switch with indicator light.
- DC OUTPUT (Non-isolated): 9V, up to 2000mA. Suitable for high-current devices or external power supplies (e.g., PWT04).
- USB: USB-C and USB-A ports for charging devices (up to 18W total).
- OUTPUT 1 AND 2: Isolated, adjustable voltage (6V to 18V), up to 250mA. Use potentiometers to set voltage before connecting the pedal.

Mounting
The housing includes mounting holes on the base plate and side panels. This allows for secure attachment to a pedalboard, for example, using cable ties.
Safety warnings
Read carefully to prevent damage:
- Reverse Polarity: Ensure the pedal's input polarity matches the power supply (center-negative). Connecting a center-positive pedal will cause damage.
- Overvoltage: Ensure the output voltage of the power supply matches the pedal's required input voltage.
- AC Input: Do not connect pedals designed for AC power to this DC power supply.
- General: Do not open the device or modify it. Keep away from children due to small parts.

Common problems
Pedal not working or damaged after connection
Verify that the pedal's polarity is center-negative. If it is center-positive, it is incompatible and may be damaged.
Pedal damaged by incorrect voltage
Always check the required input voltage of your pedal. For outputs 1 and 2, ensure the potentiometer is set to the correct voltage before connecting.
Device does not power on
Check the IEC power cable connection and ensure the power switch is in the ON position (indicator light should be lit).
Before use
- Verify the polarity of your effect pedals (must be center-negative).
- Check the voltage requirements of your pedals.
- For outputs 1 and 2, adjust the voltage using the potentiometer before plugging in the pedal.
- Ensure the IEC power cable is securely connected.
- Check that the total power consumption of connected devices does not exceed the unit's limits.
