Lighting Instructions

  1. Open the hood and ensure all burners are in the closed position.
  2. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder and open the cylinder valve.
  3. Press down on the control knob and turn it counterclockwise to the MAX position to release gas and generate a spark.
  4. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to the off position, close the gas cylinder valve, wait 3 minutes, and repeat the process.
  5. Once lit, repeat the process for the second burner.
  6. Adjust the heat by turning the knob between MAX and MIN.
  7. To turn off, close the gas cylinder valve first, then turn the BBQ control knobs clockwise to the off position.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning is essential to prevent grease fires and surface rust.

  • Burners: Clean with a soft brush or compressed air. Ensure openings are clear using pipe cleaners.
  • Grill Rack: Clean occasionally with mild soap and water. You can oil the rack before use to prevent sticking.
  • Drip Tray: Clean regularly, preferably after each use, to prevent grease buildup.
  • Stainless Steel: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Use a light polish like Autosol for surface rust. Protect with a thin layer of 5-56 or WD-40 (do not apply to food-contact surfaces).

Burner does not ignite
