The Scangrip Tower 5 Connect is a professional work light designed for versatility. It operates using 18V Metabo CAS batteries, 3rd-party 18V batteries via the Scangrip Connector system, or a dedicated Scangrip power supply. The light features two brightness levels and is built for durability in demanding environments.
Safety and Warnings
- Always comply with local electrical safety regulations.
- Avoid looking directly into the light beam to prevent dazzling.
- Do not operate the lamp near open flames.
- The light source is non-replaceable; the entire unit must be replaced at the end of its service life.
Battery Compatibility and Power
The unit is designed for flexibility in power sources:
- Metabo CAS: Compatible with 18V 5.2 Ah batteries.
- Third-party batteries: Compatible with various 18V battery packs when using the specific Scangrip Connector matching your battery brand.
- Power Supply: A dedicated Scangrip power supply (03.6123C) can be used instead of a battery.

Storage Procedure
To fold the tripod for storage:
- Press the leg down lightly.
- Lift it up gently.
- Push the locking pin in the indicated direction.
- Fold the leg toward the main body.
