  1. Open the Wiser Home app and tap the settings icon.
  2. Navigate to Devices and select Appliances.
  3. Choose 1-gang or 2-gang Connected Wireless Switch as required.
  4. Remove the rocker from the switch.
  5. Short press the top-right push button 3 times.
  6. Wait for the LED to blink amber and then turn green, indicating successful pairing.

Replacing the battery

When the battery level is low, replace it as follows:

  1. Remove the rocker using a screwdriver.
  2. Press and hold the battery lid at the marked area and slide it to open.
  3. Remove the old battery and press any push button for a few seconds.
  4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the plus (+) symbol facing outward.
  5. Replace the battery lid and slide it to close.

Troubleshooting

If the LED blinks red, the battery is low or drained; replace the battery. If the device is offline, ensure the battery is charged or press any button to wake the device. If the device fails to connect to the Hub, it may be in Bluetooth mode; press the top-right button 3 times and hold for 20 seconds to reboot into Zigbee mode.
