The Sealey VS7019 is a pneumatic-operated oil dispensing system with a 10-liter capacity, specifically designed for transmission fluid service. It features a large, clear container for visual measurement of dispensed fluid and includes a safety valve to prevent over-pressurization. The unit is supplied with a storage case containing eight specialized transmission fluid adaptors to ensure compatibility with various vehicle models.

Operation
To fill the tank with new fluid, open the filling cap and ensure the total volume does not exceed the 10L maximum capacity. The unit can draw oil via vacuum; set the vacuum function switch to the vacuum position, insert the dispensing hose into the oil container, connect the compressed air supply, and press the trigger. To dispense fluid into a transmission, select the appropriate adaptor from the provided set, connect it to the dispensing hose, and secure it using the dispensing valve nut and seal. Use the valve handle to toggle between ON and OFF positions to control the flow of oil.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance is essential for long-term performance. After each use, wipe the unit down to keep it clean. Do not use solvents for cleaning, as they may damage the materials. Common problems
Oil not dispensing
Check that the valve handle is in the ON position and ensure the compressed air supply is correctly connected.
Leakage at the adaptor connection
Ensure the dispensing valve nut and seal are tightened securely over the adaptor.
Unit over-pressurized
The unit is equipped with a safety valve; if it triggers, stop air supply immediately and check pressure settings.
