Practical help
Common problems
Ensure the device is in Access Point mode or check your router settings. Use the Shelly Smart Control app to configure network settings.
Verify the 0-10V polarity (Dim+ and Dim-) and ensure the LED driver is compatible with 0-10V sinking control.
Check wiring to S1/S2 terminals. Ensure the switch does not have a built-in LED or glow-lamp, as these can interfere with operation.
Before use
- Ensure power is turned off at the breaker before installation.
- Verify the LED driver supports 0-10V sinking control.
- Check that the load does not exceed 2A.
- Use solid single-core wires or stranded wires with ferrules.
- Confirm the circuit is protected by a breaker (max 2A).
