This vanity requires two adults for assembly and installation. It is critical to secure the vanity to wall studs to prevent tipping. Ensure you have all parts listed in the package contents before starting. Allow approximately 24 hours for the silicone caulk to dry after installing the top.

Package Contents

The package includes the vanity base (A), the top (B), left door (C), right door (D), and a shelf (E). Hardware includes a touch-up pen, handles (brushed nickel and matte black options), and shelf pins.

Installation

Preparation: Clean the area where the vanity will be located. Ensure it does not interfere with water supply and drain lines. Tools required include a Phillips screwdriver, utility knife or scissors, silicone caulk, and a power drill with a drill bit.

Step 1: Positioning and Leveling: With two people, place the vanity against the wall. Use the pre-assembled levelers on the bottom of each leg to level the unit. Twist counterclockwise to raise and clockwise to lower. Once level, drill a hole through the vanity mounting area into the wall studs and secure the vanity using appropriate mounting hardware (not included).

Step 2: Installing the Top: Apply stain-free silicone caulk to the top edge of the vanity. With the help of another adult, gently lower the top onto the vanity. Wipe away excess caulk and allow 24 hours to dry.

Step 3: Shelf Installation: Insert shelf pins at the desired height and place the shelf on top of the pins.

Door Adjustment

If doors are misaligned, use the hinge screws:

• Up or Down: Loosen screws (a) on both hinges, adjust, and retighten.
• Left or Right: Turn screws (b) on both hinges.
• In or Out: Loosen screws (c) on both hinges, adjust, and retighten.

Care and Maintenance

Dust the vanity regularly with a soft, non-lint cloth. Clean with a gentle, non-abrasive household cleaner. Dry wood immediately after cleaning. The gel coat cultured marble top can be cleaned with standard non-abrasive all-surface cleaner. Do not use products containing acetone, lemon, vinegar, or other acids on the top surface. Use the included touch-up pen for scratches or worn areas, stroking in the direction of the wood grain.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this item against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from accident, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
