Battery and Charging

• Battery Care: The device features an 8000 mAh battery. Do not puncture, disassemble, or cause a short circuit in the battery. Do not dispose of the battery in household waste or expose it to temperatures above 60°C (140°F).
• Chargers: Use only chargers and accessories recommended by TCL Communication Ltd. Chargers designed for this device meet safety standards for information technology equipment. Note that chargers purchased in one country may not be compatible in another due to different electrical specifications.

Radio Waves and SAR

This tablet is a radio transmitter and receiver designed not to exceed emission limits for radio-frequency (RF) energy. The SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) limit is 1.6 W/kg. The highest SAR value for this model when tested for use close to the body is 1.18 W/Kg. For body-worn operation, use a non-metallic accessory that keeps the device at least 12 mm from the body.

Warranty Terms

• Device Warranty: The device is warranted against defects under normal use for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
• Accessories/Battery: Batteries and accessories are warranted against defects for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-compliance with instructions, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or external factors like inclement weather, liquid infiltration, or high voltage.
• Claims: If a defect is confirmed, the device or parts will be repaired or replaced. Repaired devices are entitled to a one-month warranty for the same defect.
