This document provides essential installation and safety instructions for the Tecnolite 12TLLEDR30MVB series LED downlight. Before starting, ensure the power supply is disconnected. The fixture must be installed at least 0.50 m away from any combustible material to prevent fire hazards.
Installation
- Detach the mounting bracket from the luminaire by removing the side screws.
- Mark and drill holes in the ceiling surface. Secure the mounting bracket using appropriate anchors and screws (not included).
- Connect the electrical wires (Line and Neutral) to the luminaire driver, ensuring proper insulation.
- Attach the luminaire to the mounted bracket and secure it using the side screws.
Safety and Maintenance
Safety: Always disconnect the power source before installation or maintenance. Do not use the product with voltages outside the specified range (100 V - 240 V ~ 50 Hz/60 Hz). Use gloves when handling the luminaire, as the lamp and surrounding parts may become hot during operation.
Maintenance: Clean the luminaire and its internal parts periodically with a dry rag. Ensure all connections are secure during maintenance checks.
