User Guide for Telldus Zigbee Sensor (1-APP)

Quick Start Guide

Before beginning, ensure you have downloaded and installed the Hub 1 app and logged into your account. Verify that your Telldus hub is connected to both the network and a power source.

Pairing the Sensor

1. Insert the CR2450 (3 V) battery into the sensor if it is not already installed.
2. Press the action button on the sensor 3 times quickly. The indicator will blink green, indicating that pairing mode is active for approximately 3 minutes.
3. Open the Hub 1 app.
4. Tap the '+' icon.
5. Select 'Add Zigbee device'.
6. Wait up to 2 minutes for the sensor to be detected and paired. A successful pairing is indicated by a solid green light for about 3 seconds, and the device will appear in the app.

Placement Tips

• Attach the sensor to a clean, flat surface at room height.
• Avoid direct sunlight and areas with strong airflow from AC or ventilation systems.

Factory Reset

If you need to re-pair the device, perform a factory reset:

1. Press the action button once.
2. Press the button again and hold it for more than 10 seconds. The indicator will blink red during this process and then turn solid once the reset is complete.

Troubleshooting

• Device not detected within 2 minutes: End the search in the app, set the sensor to pairing mode again, and try the process from the beginning.
• Connection issues: Check the battery status and ensure the sensor is within range of the hub.
