The TESY CN204ZF is a portable electric convector heater designed for domestic use in well-insulated rooms. It features adjustable power settings, a thermostat for temperature control, and a turbo function for faster heating.

Safety measures

• Do not cover the appliance to avoid overheating and fire risk.
• Keep flammable materials (furniture, curtains, etc.) at least 100 cm away.
• Do not use in bathrooms, near showers, or swimming pools.
• Keep away from children under 3 years old unless supervised.
• Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
• Do not use with external timers or programming devices that switch it on automatically.

Installation

The appliance is intended for floor use only. Before use, you must install the feet:

• Attach the feet to the base of the heater using one screw for each foot.
• Ensure the feet are properly aligned at both ends of the heater.
• Use a screwdriver (not included) to secure the screws.
• Place the heater on a stable, horizontal surface before connecting to power.

Operation

The heater is equipped with a double power switch and a thermostat knob:

• Power Settings: Switch 'I' provides 800W, switch 'II' provides 1200W. Using both switches provides a maximum power of 2000W.
• Thermostat: Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature. Once the desired room temperature is reached, turn it slowly counter-clockwise until you hear a 'click'. The heater will then automatically maintain this temperature.
• Turbo Function: Use the separate 'Fan switch' to activate the turbo function for faster room heating.
• Anti-frost Function: To maintain a minimum temperature (e.g., in cellars or attics), set the thermostat to the anti-frost position (indicated by a small circle). The heater will maintain a temperature of 5±2°C.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Wait for the heater to cool down completely.
• Clean the body with a damp cloth, vacuum cleaner, or soft brush.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Do not use petrol, thinners, or abrasive cleaners.

Storage

• Allow the heater to cool down before storing.
• Use the original packaging to protect the heater from dust and dirt.
• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not store in wet or damp premises.
