The Trevi HMP 12E20 are wireless earphones designed for sports and daily use. This guide provides essential instructions for pairing, operation, and maintenance. Ensure the charging case is fully charged before the first use.

Turning On/Off
Automatic: The earphones turn on automatically when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back inside.
Manual: Press and hold the touch control (5) for 2 seconds to turn on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Remove both earphones from the charging case. They will pair with each other automatically.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and search for the device named "HMP 12E20".
- Select the device to complete the pairing.
Music Playback Controls
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch switch (5) once.
- Volume Up: Tap the right earphone touch switch twice.
- Volume Down: Tap the left earphone touch switch twice.
- Next Track: Tap the right earphone touch switch three times.
- Previous Track: Tap the left earphone touch switch three times.
Phone Call Management
- Answer Call: Tap the touch switch (5) once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch switch (5) for 2 seconds.
- End Call: Tap the touch switch (5) once.
Charging
Charging the Case: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED indicator (4) will flash during charging and remain lit when fully charged.
Charging the Earphones: Place the earphones into the charging case. They will start charging automatically. The LED indicator on the case will light up.
