The VEVOR 180D is a gas-powered pressure washer designed for heavy-duty cleaning. Before operating, ensure the machine is on a level surface, the oil level is correct (600ml), and the fuel tank is filled with fresh unleaded gasoline. Always perform a pre-operation inspection to check for leaks, loose parts, or damage.
Safety Instructions
Important: Read all instructions carefully to avoid bodily injury and damage to the appliance. Never modify the machine. Always wear head, eye, and ear protection. Use non-skid gloves and work boots. High-pressure jets are dangerous; never aim at people, animals, or electrical equipment. Do not run the engine indoors due to carbon monoxide poisoning risks.
Assembly and Setup
Place the pressure washer on a firm, level surface. Check the oil level (600ml required) and fill the gas tank (3L capacity). Connect the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the pressure outlet. Connect a water supply to the water inlet and turn it on to fill the hose and remove debris.

Operation
Nozzle Selection: The unit comes with five color-coded nozzles:

- Red (0°): Fine, powerful jet for metal or concrete. Do not use on wood.
- Yellow (15°): Powerful spray for intense cleaning of small areas.
- Green (25°): Spray pattern for intense cleaning of larger areas.
- White (40°): Less powerful stream for general cleaning.
- Black: Low-pressure nozzle for applying detergents.
Start-up: Ensure water is flowing. Turn the motor switch to ON, fuel valve to ON, and choke lever to OFF. Pull the starter handle until resistance is felt, then pull hard. Once started, return the choke lever to the ON position and regulate speed with the throttle.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for safety and performance. Follow the maintenance program for checking engine oil, gear oil, air filter, spark plug, and sediment deposits. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing maintenance.

Troubleshooting
If the machine does not start, check the fuel valve, engine switch, fuel level, and spark plug. If the engine has low power, check the air filter and fuel quality. If performance is low, check for air in the hoses or clogged filters.
