This manual provides instructions for the Vevor 2403-UV25X2 HVAC Air Purifier. It is designed to be installed within HVAC ductwork to improve air quality using UV light technology.
Safety Instructions
- UV Light Hazard: UV light is harmful to exposed skin and eyes and can cause temporary or permanent blindness. Never look directly at the UV light.
- Electrical Safety: Always disconnect the power to the HVAC system before installing or replacing the UV bulb to prevent shock or death.
- Installation Safety: Wear gloves during installation to avoid cuts.

Installation
The unit can be mounted in any orientation, but must not be installed where people can see the UV lights. Choose a location that makes changing or cleaning the UV bulbs easy. Install the unit on a flat surface of the ductwork above the air conditioning cooling coil ("A Coil"). If the system does not have air conditioning, install it on the supply air duct if possible.



- Power cord light holder passes through the hardware panel.
- The fixing ring is screwed into the lamp holder of the power cord.
- Screw the UV lamp into the power line lamp holder.
- Install the other UV lamp in the same way.
- Draw the hole position on the HVAC pipe wall: four 3mm screw holes, one 6mm UV lamp viewing hole, and two 64mm UV lamp mounting holes.
- Fabricate the holes using a cutter and a 3mm/6mm drill.
- Fix the product to the HVAC pipe using the 4 screws.
Bulb Cleaning and Replacement

- Disconnect power to the HVAC system, unplug the unit, and allow the UV bulb(s) to cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove the 4 support screws and slide the unit from the pipework.
- To Clean: Wipe the UV bulb(s) with a soft cloth dampened with glass cleaner. Ensure the bulb is clean and dry before reinstallation.
- To Replace: Press the bulb release button to remove the old bulb. Slide the new bulb in from the outside until it snaps into place.
- Reinstall the unit into the ductwork and tighten the 4 screws evenly. Do not overtighten.
- Reconnect power.
