Role Overview

The Technical Advisor role is based in Telford and reports to the Technical Supervisor. The primary responsibility is to provide telephone and online pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, installers, and service technicians regarding the Riello and Vokèra product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound calls from customers and engineers.
• Investigating customer problems and providing technical assistance via telephone and email.
• Identifying parts and selecting spare parts for enquiries.
• Handling technical enquiries related to design, performance, approval, production, and operation of products.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, help sheets, reports, and records in the internal CRM system.

Requirements

• ACS qualification (Gas safe).
• Previous experience in repairing residential or commercial gas boilers.
• Good understanding of heat systems.
• Previous experience in commercial controls and renewable technologies.
• Excellent telephone manner with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
