This remote control supports Bluetooth connectivity, voice control, and IR learning for Android TV and set-top boxes. To begin, insert two AA batteries. For Bluetooth pairing, press the OK and Menu buttons simultaneously until the indicator flashes. For IR learning, hold the TV button for 5 seconds to enter learning mode.

Product Overview

The Xiaomi 1Y0UN6 is a Bluetooth voice remote designed for Android TV and compatible set-top boxes (STB). It features Bluetooth connection, voice control capabilities, and an infrared (IR) learning function to control your television.

Bluetooth Pairing

Follow these steps to pair the remote with your host device:

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your host device (TV or STB).
2. Press and hold the OK and Menu keys together until the indicator flashes once and turns off.
3. After approximately 3 seconds, the indicator will blink slowly, indicating pairing mode is active.
4. On your host device, navigate to Bluetooth Settings and select Search Device to pair with the "Formuler" remote.
5. If successful, the indicator stays on for 2 seconds and then turns off.
6. If pairing fails, the remote exits pairing mode after 60 seconds. Repeat the steps if necessary.

IR Learning Function

You can program the remote to control your TV using the IR learning function:

1. Press and hold the TV button for 5 seconds on the remote. The LED will change from blinking to solid, indicating it has entered Learning Mode.
2. Press the button you wish to program on the remote. When the LED begins blinking slowly, the button is ready to be programmed.
3. Aim the heads of both remotes toward each other (distance less than 3cm) and press the corresponding button on the original TV remote.
4. If programmed correctly, the remote's LED will blink 3 times.
5. Repeat steps 1-3 for other keys.
6. Exit Learning Mode by pressing any other button on the remote; the LED will turn off.

Power & Battery

The device is powered by 2 x AA batteries. A low battery is indicated by the red light blinking quickly for 3 seconds. If the voltage is too low, the remote may stop functioning until the batteries are replaced.

Power-Saving Features

The remote automatically enters sleep mode after 10 seconds of inactivity. It exits sleep mode immediately when any key is pressed. Voice control remains available during operation.

Indicator Light Behavior

• Voice mode active: Red light stays on.
• Low battery: Red light blinks quickly.
• Pairing mode: Red light blinks slowly (searching) or quickly (connecting).

Exiting Modes

To exit pairing or learning mode, press any key. The device will also exit these modes automatically after approximately 10 seconds of no action.
