The Alorair PureCare 1350IG is an air filtration system designed to circulate air and filter wood or other non-metallic dust. Important: Installation requires at least two people. The unit must be installed at least 7 feet above the floor and at least 3 feet away from corners or heating/air vents. Do not operate the machine without a filter installed.

Installation

The unit requires assembly before use. Do not discard the carton until fully assembled.

Method 1: Hanging Installation

  1. Thread the locknuts onto the hangers.
  2. Thread a hanger into each of the four mounting holes on the top of the air filter cabinet.
  3. Tighten the catch locknut against the cabinet top.
  4. Mark the ceiling (recommended 23.6" x 23.6" spacing) and drill holes using a 3mm drill bit.
  5. Install wood screw hooks into the building support structure.
  6. Attach chains to the hooks and connect the hangers to the chains.
  7. Ensure the unit is level and at least 7 feet above the floor.

Method 2: Bracket Installation

  1. Install 4 mounting brackets onto the equipment using M4 screws.
  2. Measure the distance between brackets (recommended 18.9" x 18.9" spacing) and mark the ceiling.
  3. Drill holes using a 10mm drill bit for expansion screws.
  4. Lift the equipment and secure it to the ceiling using the expansion screws and nuts.

Operation

The unit can be operated via the control panel or the remote control. It features a power-off memory function.

  • Power: Press the ON/OFF button to start or stop the unit.
  • Speed: Press the SPEED button to toggle between LOW and HIGH settings.
  • Ionizer: Press the ionizer button on the remote to toggle the feature (Note: PureCare 1350 does not have this feature).
  • Timer: Press the timer shutdown button to set a shutdown time from 1H to 9H.

Maintenance

Warning: Always unplug the unit before changing filters or servicing.

  • Check filters periodically. Clogged filters reduce airflow and increase noise.
  • To change filters: Power off the device, remove the old filter, and insert the new one.
  • Wear a mask and gloves when changing filters.
  • If the remote control range is short, replace the batteries and clean the infrared receiver on the control panel.
