This manual provides instructions for the Amica EHC 2014C(G)*Ts* built-in oven. Before first use, ensure the oven is cleaned and heated to 250°C for approximately 30 minutes to remove manufacturing residues. You must set the current time on the electronic timer for the oven to operate.

Installation
The oven must be installed in a dry, well-ventilated kitchen. The cutout in the kitchen furniture must be 560mm wide and 490mm deep. The appliance is designed for connection to 400V 3N~ or 230V single-phase power. Electrical connection must be performed by a qualified professional.

Operation
The oven features various heating modes, including:
- Rapid Heating: Uses top heater, grill, and fan for quick preheating.
- Defrost: Fan only, no heating elements.
- Grill/Supergrill: For browning and grilling small portions.
- Fan-assisted modes: For even heat distribution.
The ceramic hob features multiple cooking zones. Use flat-bottomed cookware appropriate for ceramic surfaces. The residual heat indicator warns when a zone is still hot (above 50°C).
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential for longevity. Use the Steam Clean function for the oven interior: place 0.25L of water in a dish on the bottom shelf, set the oven to 50°C with bottom heat for 30 minutes, then wipe clean. The oven door and inner glass can be removed for thorough cleaning.

Troubleshooting
If the oven does not work, check the main power supply and fuses. If the timer displays "0.00", reset the current time. If the oven light fails, replace the halogen bulb (230V, 25W, G9 type).
