Mincing Meat: Assemble the unit as described. Defrost meat before grinding and remove bones, gristle, and sinews. Do not overload the feeding tube. Use the pusher to feed meat; never use fingers or other objects.

Sausages and Kebbe: Use the appropriate sausage horns or kebbe spacers. Ensure the sausage skin is wet to prevent sticking. Do not block air outlet grooves on the sausage horn.

Disassembly: Switch off and unplug the appliance. Press the release button to remove the feeding tube assembly. Follow the reverse order of assembly to disassemble parts.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Do not immerse the motor unit in water. Do not wash metal parts in a dishwasher. Wash removable parts with a soft brush in soapy water, rinse with clear water, and dry immediately. If the appliance will not be used for a long time, lightly coat the screen and knife with cooking oil to prevent rusting.

Troubleshooting

If the motor does not start, check the power plug and ensure the overload protection has not triggered. If the feeding tube is difficult to remove, ensure the release button is pressed. If grinding performance is poor, check that the knife, screen, and screw head are assembled correctly and the screw head is tightened.

Safety

The appliance is equipped with a thermal motor protector. If it overheats, it will switch off automatically. Unplug and let it cool to room temperature before restarting. Do not grind bones, nuts, or frozen meat. Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children.
