The AstroAI 100PSI Portable Air Compressor is designed for inflating tires on cars, small trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and bicycles. It features a digital display and automatic shut-off when the preset pressure is reached. Important: The device is intended for 12V DC power only. Do not use it for more than 15 minutes continuously; allow it to cool for 10 minutes after extended use.

Safety warnings

• Do not use the device in the rain or near liquids.
• Keep away from fire, corrosive gases, and strong magnetic fields.
• Do not use on 24V power sources; connect only to a 12V DC, 10A cigarette lighter socket.
• Do not aim the nozzle at people or any part of the human body.
• The air pump gets hot during use; only touch the switch and handle.
• Do not over-inflate tires.

The device consists of an air pressure gauge, carrying handle, LED light, inflation tube, and various adapters. The package includes the compressor, inflation needle, cone adapters, Schrader valve adapter, valve extender, and a replacement fuse.

Operation instructions

1. Ensure your car engine is running before use.
2. Plug the inflator pump into the car's 12V outlet.
3. Use the M button to select the desired pressure unit (KPA, PSI, BAR, KG/CM²).
4. Use the + and - buttons to set the target pressure. Ensure the preset pressure is higher than the current tire pressure.
5. Remove the tire valve cap and attach the air nozzle securely to the valve stem.
6. Turn on the pump using the inflation switch.
7. Once inflation is complete, turn off the switch, disconnect the power, and replace the valve cap.

Troubleshooting

• Air Compressor will not inflate: Check the in-line fuse, ensure the 12V socket is connected, and verify the preset pressure is higher than the current tire pressure.
• Slow inflation: Ensure the nozzle is connected properly to the valve stem. If the pump has been used excessively, let it cool for 10 minutes.
• Shuts off after extended use: The unit has triggered overheating protection. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
