The AstroAI 150PSI Portable Air Compressor is a programmable pump with a digital display designed to monitor and inflate tires. It features an automatic shut-off function once the preset pressure is reached. The device is powered via a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket.

Safety warnings

• Read all instructions carefully before use.
• Do not use in the rain or near liquids.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Keep away from fire, corrosive gases, and strong magnetic fields.
• Do not aim the nozzle at people or body parts.
• Do not use on 24V power sources; use only 12V DC.
• Limit continuous use to 15 minutes; allow 10 minutes to cool down after extended use.
• Do not drag the product by the power cord or air hose.
• Do not use chemical reagents for cleaning; use mild soap and a cloth.

Operation instructions

1. Ensure the car engine is running before use.
2. Plug the inflator into the car's 12V outlet.
3. Use the R button to select the desired pressure unit (KPA, PSI, BAR, KG/CM²).
4. Use the arrow buttons to set the target pressure. Ensure the preset is higher than the current tire pressure.
5. Remove the tire valve cap and thread the air nozzle onto the valve stem.
6. Press the power switch to the - side to start the compressor.
7. The unit will automatically shut off when the preset pressure is reached.
8. Remove the nozzle, replace the valve cap, and disconnect from the power source.

Adapter installation

1. Push the nozzle handle up.
2. Align the desired adapter to the nozzle.
3. Rotate the adapter to secure it.
4. Connect to the valve stem and press down the handle to lock it.

Troubleshooting

• Lights off, pump won't turn on: Check the in-line fuse, check the vehicle cigarette lighter fuse (must be 10A or higher), and ensure a strong connection to the 12V socket.
• Lights on, pump won't turn on: Check that the 12V socket is active, start the engine, toggle the power switch, and ensure the target pressure is higher than the current tire pressure.
• Air leaking: Ensure a firm connection between the air nozzle and the tire valve.
• Slow inflation: Inflation time depends on tire size. Allow the pump to cool for 10 minutes after use.
• Sudden shut-off: The pump may have overheated. Let it cool for 10+ minutes.
