Important Safety Information

- Do not use outdoors.
How to Use

- Secure the lid by turning it clockwise.
- Plug in the unit and switch ON. The HEATING light will indicate the process has begun.
- Tilt the faucet lever to dispense coffee.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always clean the urn immediately after each use. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wash the interior, filter unit, and lid with a non-abrasive detergent.
- Use a bottle brush to clean the faucet.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth. Do not use benzene, thinners, or harsh abrasives.
De-Scaling
Scale buildup can affect performance. To de-scale:
- Use a commercial de-scaling agent (e.g., Urnex Dezcal) or a natural method.
- Natural method: Slice a lemon into four pieces, wrap in a cloth, place in the urn, fill to MAX, boil, and let sit for 1 hour. Scrub the interior with a nylon brush, then boil and discard fresh water to remove any aftertaste.
Boil Dry Protection and Thermal Fuse
The unit is equipped with a thermal limiter with auto-reset. If the water level is too low, the unit will turn off automatically and take up to 8 minutes to reset after cooling. A thermal fuse is also installed as a one-time-use safety component; if it activates, the fuse breaks and the unit will no longer function.
