The Avantco 177MX10H is a 10 Qt. commercial mixer designed for professional use. Before operating, ensure the unit is placed on a sturdy, level surface and that the electrical supply matches the machine's rating. Always ensure the safety guard is closed and the bowl is in the fully lifted position before starting the mixer.

Safety Instructions
For commercial use only. Always unplug the unit when not in use and before cleaning. Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug. Keep cords and plugs away from water. Do not use outdoors. Ensure children are supervised around the unit. Do not store items on top of the unit while in operation.
Installation
Prior to installation, check that the electrical supply complies with the rating on the serial plate. The unit must be positioned with sufficient space around it to operate the controls and raise/lower the mixing bowl. The electrical cord is fitted with a three-pronged grounding plug; ensure it is connected to a properly grounded outlet.
Operating Instructions
1. Set the timer to the desired time (1-30 minutes).2. Close the safety guard. The unit will not operate if the guard, bowl, or bowl lift handle are in the incorrect position.3. Select the desired mixing speed using the handle (Low: position 1, Medium: position 2, High: position 3).4. Press the ON button to start. The unit will run for the set time and switch off automatically.5. Use the red emergency stop button to shut down the machine at any time.

Important: Always turn off the machine before changing speeds to avoid damaging the gearbox. Never run the mixer with both a hub accessory and an agitator at the same time.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The mixer should be cleaned daily with a clean, damp cloth. Wash all new mixer bowls and accessories (whips, beaters, dough hooks) with hot water and mild soap before use. The bowl safety guard is removable for cleaning. Grease the rear bowl lift guides every three months to prevent corrosion.

Mixer Capacity and Specifications
The 177MX10H has a 10 Qt. capacity and a 550W motor. Maximum flour capacity is 5 lb. When mixing dough, check the absorption ratio (AR). 2nd speed should never be used on mixtures with less than 50% AR.
Troubleshooting
If the mixer attachment stops, the thermal overload may be activated; allow the unit to cool down for 30-60 minutes and reduce the batch size. If the bowl is difficult to move, the slideway may be rusted and requires cleaning and lubrication. If the mixer touches the bowl, the mixing device or bowl may be deformed and require repair or replacement.
