Installation and Cleaning
Prior to installation, check that the electrical supply complies with the rating on the serial plate. The unit must be positioned with sufficient space to operate controls and raise/lower the bowl.

Cleaning: Disconnect from the power source before cleaning. Wash new bowls and accessories with hot water and mild soap, then rinse with a mild vinegar or soda solution followed by clean water. Clean the mixer daily with a damp cloth. Grease the rear bowl lift guides every three months to prevent corrosion.
Removal and Refitting of Safety Guard
The bowl safety guard is removable for cleaning. To remove, align the edge of the wire guard with the single indentation marker on the fixed rear guard. Remove the rubber closing caps and mounting screws, then turn the guard until it aligns with the two indentation markers to remove it. Reverse these steps to refit.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Set the timer to the desired time (1-30 minutes).
- Ensure the safety guard, bowl, and bowl lift handle are in the correct position.
- Select the desired mixing speed using the speed handle.
- Press the ON button.
Important: Always turn off the machine before changing speeds to avoid damaging the gearbox. Ensure the bowl is in the fully lifted position and the safety guard is closed.
Attachments and Capacity
Use the correct attachment for the job:
- Whisk: Suitable for liquids and soft ingredients (all speeds). Do not run for more than 15 minutes.
- Flat Beater: Suitable for dry ingredients (low & medium speeds). Do not run for more than 15 minutes.
- Dough Hook: Suitable for dough (low speed only). Do not run for more than 20 minutes.
Note: Do not use the 2nd speed on mixtures with less than 50% absorption ratio (AR).
Troubleshooting
If the mixer attachment stops, the thermal overload may be activated; allow the unit to cool for 30-60 minutes and reduce the batch size. If the bowl is difficult to move, clean and lubricate the slideway. If the mixer touches the bowl, the bowl or mixing device may be deformed and require repair or replacement.
