Assembly Instructions
Before beginning, remove all components from the shipping container. Ensure you have the base assembly, legs, undershelf, cutting board, and necessary screws.

Assembly Steps
- Place the base assembly on the floor with well openings down and the bottom pan facing up.
- Install legs into the gussets using short screws. Ensure the rivet in the leg is closer to the gusset than the foot end.
- Align the undershelf gussets with the legs and slide the undershelf down to the desired position. Tighten using long screws and the leg plate beneath the screws to reinforce the shelf. Do not force or hammer the screws.
- Fix the front shelf supports to the base using short screws.
- Place the white cutting board onto the stainless steel board, then mount these parts onto the front shelf supports.
- For 3, 4, and 5-well models, unscrew the screw in the middle of the base front board (above the knob) before assembly, then screw it back in to secure the front shelf tightly.
- Fix the end brackets on the shelf supports using short screws to secure the poly board.
- Adjust all parts and tighten all screws.
Operation
- Plug the unit into an appropriate electrical power supply.
- With openings covered, set the dials to high for 30-45 minutes to preheat the unit. Note: A small amount of smoke or odor may appear during initial start-up; this is the coating burning off the elements and is normal.
- Place precooked food (minimum 160°F) in food pans, place in the wells, and cover with lids.
- Adjust dials to the desired setting for proper food temperature.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the unit daily to extend its life and maintain sanitary conditions.
- Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning.
- Disconnect the cord from the outlet.
