The Avantco 177RW90 is a 92-cup rice warmer designed for commercial and indoor use. It is intended to keep cooked rice warm. Always ensure the unit is placed on a flat, level surface and that the inner pot is properly inserted before plugging it in. Do not use extension cords, as they are forbidden. For best results, do not exceed a warming period of 12 hours.

Keep Warm

The warmer automatically maintains the temperature of the rice as long as it remains plugged in. To ensure safety and quality:

• Always disconnect the power cord when the warmer is not in use or when removing the inner pot.
• Do not exceed 12 hours of warming time.
• Store leftover rice in the refrigerator and reheat in the warmer with water to prevent drying.
• Do not immerse the warmer (except the inner pan and inner lid) in water or other liquids.

How to Use

1. Ensure the inner pot is inside the warmer.
2. Use the cover to cover the warmer.
3. Plug the cord into the power outlet.
4. Stir rice before serving.

Cleaning

1. Unplug the power cord from the wall before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse any part of the outer body into water; wipe clean with a dish cloth.
3. Soak the inner pot in hot sudsy water, then gently clean the bottom with a dish cloth.
4. Be careful not to press down too hard or drop items on the bottom of the pot, as this can cause warping.
5. Wipe the warmer body and warming pot dry before storing.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, check the following:

• Rice not fully cooked: Check the rice-to-water ratio, ensure no rice is on the heating plate, and verify the lid is closed properly.
• Does not turn on: Check the power connection and ensure the outlet is properly wired.
• Rice overcooked: Do not press the cook button again after the cooking cycle is finished.
• Air leaks: Ensure the top cover is attached correctly and the inner pot is not deformed.
