The BEGA 67 547.3 is an indoor table lamp featuring a metal base and hand-blown opal glass. It is designed for free-radiating, glare-free light and includes a built-in toggle switch for operation.
Product description
The luminaire is constructed from polished aluminum and hand-blown opal glass with a screw neck. It comes with a 2-meter black cable and a safety plug. The unit is rated for 220-240V, 50/60Hz operation and is classified as Safety Class I.
Installation
- Ensure the luminaire is disconnected from the power supply before starting.
- Insert the glass into the luminaire housing.
- Screw the glass in by turning it clockwise.
- Ensure the gasket is seated correctly to maintain the integrity of the fixture.
- Connect the luminaire to the mains supply (230V).
- Use the toggle switch located in the lamp base to turn the light on or off.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always disconnect the electrical installation before performing maintenance. Clean the luminaire regularly using solvent-free cleansers. If the protective cover (LED diffuser glass) is broken, it must be replaced. Avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping to prevent damage to the high-quality electronic components.
Safety and overvoltage protection
Installation and operation must comply with national safety regulations. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or installation. The internal electronic components are protected against overvoltage according to DIN EN 61547. For additional protection against transients, separate overvoltage protection components are recommended, which can be found on the manufacturer's website.
