Safety Warnings

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• This product is not for use on public roads.
• Do not make sharp turns at high speeds to avoid tipping.
• Be aware of loose clothing (scarves, shoelaces) that could get entangled in moving parts.
• Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• Maximum user weight is 30 kg.

User Guidelines

Before Use:

• Adjust the seat to the correct position for the user.
• Ensure steering, driving mechanism, and tires are functioning correctly.
• Verify that all bolts and nuts are securely tightened.
• Ensure all protective covers are in place.

During Use:

• Ride at a controlled speed.
• Avoid hills or slopes, as there is a risk of tipping and braking distances increase.
• When parking, turn the steering wheel to the far left or right to prevent the go-kart from rolling away.
• Do not place unnecessary objects on the steering wheel.

Assembly

The go-kart requires adult assembly. Follow the numbered steps in the manual (pages 4-9) to construct the frame, attach the steering, install the wheels, and mount the seat. Ensure all fasteners are tightened according to the diagrams.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is required to keep the product in good condition.

Maintenance Schedule

• Daily: Check wheels and tires for wear.
• Monthly: Clean and check all nuts and bolts; check frame for cracks; check chain tension and grease; lubricate moving steering parts.
• Half-Yearly: Check functioning of bearings, chain, hub, sprockets, and axles.
• Yearly: Clean plastic parts and check for damage.

Chain Tensioning

If the chain is too tight, pedaling becomes difficult and wear increases. If too loose, it may fall off.

1. Remove the plastic chain guard by loosening the front and rear bolts.
2. Untighten (but do not remove) the four bolts on the bottom near the front sprocket.
3. Move the pedal axle forward to tension the chain.
4. The chain has correct tension if it can be pushed 6 mm downwards in the middle.
5. Tighten the four bolts and re-mount the chain guard.

Warranty

The frame and other parts have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Wear-and-tear parts like chains and tires are excluded. Warranty claims require the original purchase receipt and the product serial number found on the frame.
