Quick guide from the manual
This guide provides essential information for the safe operation and maintenance of your Jeep Junior Pedal Go-kart. Always ensure adult supervision for children under 12. Before use, verify that the seat and steering wheel are adjusted to the user's size, all bolts and nuts are tightened, and tire pressure is set to 28 psi (1.9 bar). Never use the go-kart on public roads, avoid sharp turns at high speeds, and ensure no loose clothing can get caught in moving parts.
Assembly
The go-kart requires assembly by an adult. Follow the step-by-step diagrams provided in the manual (pages 3-7) to assemble the frame, wheels, seat, and steering mechanism. Ensure all protective covers are installed correctly before use.

Safety guidelines
- Adult supervision: Required at all times for children.
- Public roads: Do not use the product on public roads.
- Driving: Avoid sharp turns at high speeds to prevent tipping.
- Clothing: Be aware of loose items like scarves or shoelaces that can entangle in moving parts.
- Substances: Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
- Parking: Turn the steering wheel to the far left or right to prevent the go-kart from rolling away.
Operation
The go-kart is equipped with a special hub that allows for forward pedaling, braking by pedaling backward, and reverse driving. If a trailer is attached, remember that braking distance will increase; do not attach trailers on steep slopes, and never carry passengers in the trailer.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is required to ensure the longevity and safety of the go-kart.
Maintenance schedule
- Daily: Check wheels/tires for wear and check tire pressure.
- Monthly: Clean and check all nuts and bolts, check frame for cracks, check chain tension, lubricate chain, and lubricate moving parts.
- Half-yearly: Check functioning of bearings, chain, hub, sprockets, and axles.
- Yearly: Clean plastic parts and check for damage.
Chain tensioning
If the chain is too loose, it may fall off; if too tight, pedaling becomes difficult. Always tension the rear chain first.
- Rear chain: Remove the protective hood, loosen hub nuts, move the hub forward, and tighten nuts. The chain is correctly tensioned if it can be pushed 6mm downward in the middle.
- Front chain: Loosen crank axle bolts, move the crank axle forward, and tighten bolts. The chain is correctly tensioned if it can be pushed 1cm downward in the middle.
Crank adjustment
After the first few days of intensive use or two weeks of normal use, tighten the mounting bolts for the left and right cranks. These should be hand-tightened to a maximum of 30Nm to prevent play and damage to the crank and axle.
Warranty
The warranty covers material and construction faults upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
