The Caliber HCG 019Qi is a smart alarm clock featuring Qi-certified wireless charging, a USB charging port, dual alarms, and a multi-color night light. This guide provides the necessary steps for setup and daily operation. Always ensure the ambient temperature is between 0°C and +45°C before use.
Device Overview
The device features the following controls and connections:
- 1: Night light button (press to switch colors, hold to turn off).
- 2: Clock button (set time, set alarm, toggle 12/24Hr).
- 3: + Button (increase brightness, adjust forward, toggle alarm 1).
- 4: - Button (decrease brightness, adjust backward, toggle alarm 2).
- 5: AM/PM indicator.
- 6: Alarm 1/2 indicator.
- 7: Clock display.
- 8: Qi Wireless Charging surface.
- 9: USB-A charging port (5V 0.8A).
- 10: DC power input (USB type-C).
Setup and Clock Configuration
- Connect the provided power adapter to a 100-240V outlet and the other end to the DC input (10).
- Press the Clock button (2) to enter time setting mode.
- The minutes will blink. Use the + or - buttons (3/4) to adjust.
- Press the Clock button (2) again to set the hour.
- Use the + or - buttons (3/4) to adjust the hour.
- Press the Clock button (2) to confirm or wait 5 seconds.
- To toggle between 12Hr and 24Hr display, press the Clock button (2) twice.
Alarm Settings
- Long press the Clock button (2) to enter alarm setting mode.
- The minutes will blink and the alarm indicator will appear. Use the + or - buttons (3/4) to adjust the minutes.
- Press the Clock button (2) again to set the hour.
- Use the + or - buttons (3/4) to adjust the hour.
- Press the Clock button (2) again to set alarm 2, or wait 5 seconds to confirm.
- To activate or deactivate an alarm, press and hold the corresponding + (Alarm 1) or - (Alarm 2) button for 2 seconds.
Wireless and USB Charging
Wireless Charging: Place your Qi-compatible device on the charging surface (8). Charging begins automatically if the device is within 8mm of the pad. For fast charging, use a QC2.0 or QC3.0 adapter.
USB Charging: The USB-A port (9) provides 5V 0.8A output. Note that the USB charger cannot be used simultaneously with the wireless charging surface when using the provided adapter.
Night Light and Wake-up Light
Night Light: Press the Night light button (1) repeatedly to cycle through color modes. Press and hold to turn the light off.
Wake-up Light: The device features an automatic wake-up light that begins to illuminate 10 minutes before the alarm sounds, reaching full brightness at the alarm time.
Safety and Maintenance
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, dampen the cloth with water only.
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
- Place the device on a flat surface with sufficient space for ventilation.
- Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
