This manual provides instructions for the assembly, maintenance, and safe use of the Casaria Korfu 6+1 garden furniture set. Please read all instructions carefully before first use. The set is intended for domestic use only and not for commercial purposes.

Assembly instructions

We recommend that assembly be performed by 1 to 2 people. Follow these steps to ensure proper assembly:

• Initial assembly: Insert all screws by hand and tighten them only slightly so that the elements are loosely connected.
• Final tightening: Only tighten the screws fully once all elements are connected. This allows for the compensation of minor discrepancies in drill holes or weld points common in hand-finished products.
• Safety check: Ensure the product is fully assembled before use. Regularly check that all screws and bolts are securely tightened.
• Caution: Do not overtighten screws, as this may damage the material and cause cracks. Keep small children away during assembly to avoid injury.

Usage and safety

The product is designed as seating furniture for outdoor areas, conservatories, and similar spaces.

• Table load capacity: Maximum 75 kg. Do not stand or sit on the table.
• Chair load capacity: Maximum 120 kg. Do not stand on the chairs.
• Stability: Use the product only on a level, solid, and load-bearing surface.
• Folding mechanism: Ensure the folding mechanism is properly locked in place before use.
• Safety: Keep fingers and limbs away from moving parts to prevent crushing.

Maintenance and care

Regular cleaning and maintenance increase the safety and service life of the product.

• Cleaning: Use a cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use cleaners containing solvents or bleach, as these can damage the product.
• Storage: When not in use, store the product in a dry and protected place. We recommend using a suitable protective cover that allows for sufficient air circulation to prevent waterlogging and mould.
• Textile care: If you have seat cushions, note that the water-repellent finish may wash out over time. Consult a local dry cleaner regarding re-impregnation options.
• Textile label instructions: Hand wash only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
