The Champion 100592V is a versatile 6250W Dual Fuel Generator designed to provide reliable power using either gasoline or propane (LPG). This generator is engineered for outdoor use, offering flexibility for various power needs while ensuring safety and performance. Before operating the unit, it is essential to read the entire operator manual to understand all features and safety protocols.
Safety Precautions
Safety is paramount when operating a generator. Always place the generator in an open, outdoor area, ensuring it is at least 5 feet (1.5 meters) away from any structures or combustible materials. Never operate the generator in enclosed spaces such as homes, garages, or basements, as exhaust gases contain carbon monoxide, which is deadly. Always point the exhaust away from occupied areas.
Setup and Preparation
Proper setup is required before the first use. Begin by unboxing the unit and installing the wheel kit for mobility. Add the recommended 10W-30 engine oil, ensuring the crankcase is filled to the correct level without overfilling. Once prepared, move the generator to its outdoor operating location.

Fueling and Starting
The generator supports both gasoline and propane. When using gasoline, ensure you do not use E15 or E85 fuel blends. If using propane, securely connect the cylinder to the generator. Before starting, ensure no electrical devices are plugged into the generator. Never start or stop the unit with electrical loads connected or turned on.

To start the engine, first select the fuel type using the fuel selector dial. For gasoline, move the choke lever to the CHOKE position, pull the starter cord, and then move the choke lever to the RUN position. For propane, move the choke to CHOKE, pull the starter cord 3-5 times until combustion pulses are felt, move the choke to RUN, and pull the starter cord again to start. Once the engine is running smoothly, you may proceed to connect your electrical loads.
