Assembly Instructions for Conforama NIVIO 140x200 cm Bed

This bed requires assembly by two people. The estimated assembly time is 90 minutes. The maximum weight capacity for this bed is 200 kg. Please ensure you have a clear workspace and the necessary tools (screwdriver and hammer) before beginning.

Hardware and Tools

The following hardware is included:

• A: 4x Bolts (1/4 x 110)
• B: 4x Barrel nuts
• C: 8x Bolts (7 x 100)
• D: 20x Wooden dowels (10 x 40)
• E: 2x Spacers (77mm)
• F: 26x Screws (4.0 x 35)
• G: 1x Allen key
• H: 12x Screws (3.5 x 16)
• I: 4x Screws (4.5 x 50)
• J: 2x Corner brackets

Assembly Steps

1. Prepare Rails: Insert wooden dowels (D) into the side rails (05, 06, 07, 08, 09).
2. Attach Rails: Connect the side rails to the head and foot boards using bolts (C) and the Allen key (G).
3. Frame Assembly: Continue connecting the frame components.
4. Secure Frame: Connect the side rails to the head and foot boards using bolts (A) and barrel nuts (B).
5. Install Brackets: Attach the corner brackets (J) to the frame using screws (H).
6. Center Support: Attach the support legs (11) to the center rail (10) using screws (I).
7. Mount Center Rail: Attach the center rail (10) to the frame using brackets (J) and screws (H).
8. Install Slats: Attach the slats (12) to the frame using screws (F) and spacers (E).

Maintenance and Care

To maintain the quality of your bed:

• Dust the furniture regularly with a dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring powder, steel wool, or solvents.
• Do not wet the wood.
• Periodically check and tighten all screws, as they may loosen over time with use.
