The Coolon Zeeno LED High Bay is designed for commercial and industrial applications. This luminaire must be installed by a suitably qualified person. Ensure the power is turned off before installation or maintenance. A secondary fall arrest kit is recommended for all suspended luminaires to ensure safety.

Installation Instructions
The Zeeno is designed for hook mounting. Ensure the mounting method and materials are appropriate for the environment to prevent corrosion or premature failure. Account for environmental factors such as temperature, wind, vibration, shock, and impact when selecting the mounting location.
Clearance Requirements:
- Top: Minimum 500mm
- Sides: Minimum 150mm
Hook the luminaire to the chain and connect the cable. Note that the chain and carabiner are not included.
Wiring
The unit comes pre-wired with an Australian mains plug. If hardwiring is required, use the following conductor color coding:
- Brown: Live
- Yellow / Green: Earth
- Blue: Neutral
Class I products must be grounded.
Safety and Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential for long-term operation. Establish a periodic inspection plan based on environmental factors. Keep the optical face clean; excessive or prolonged obstruction of the optical surface may cause damage not covered by warranty. Do not stare directly at the operating lamp as it may be harmful to the eyes. The housing may become hot after operation.

Common problems
Premature equipment failure or insecure mounting
Avoid mixing incompatible materials that lead to corrosion. Select mounting methods appropriate for the specific environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, wind, etc.).
Damage to optical surface
Ensure the optical surface is not obstructed for prolonged periods. Keep the optical face clean.
Before use
- Ensure installation is performed by a suitably qualified person.
- Verify that the power is turned OFF before starting installation.
- Confirm the mounting surface and method are secure and appropriate for the environment.
- Ensure a secondary fall arrest kit is installed.
- Verify the luminaire is properly grounded (Class I product).
- Check that minimum clearance distances (500mm top, 150mm sides) are maintained.
