Important Safety Information

The Danfoss 175PZ is a lubricant classified as harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects (H412). Users must avoid releasing the product into the environment. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilation are required during handling to prevent skin and eye irritation.

First Aid Measures

• General: If feeling unwell, consult a physician and provide this safety data sheet.
• Inhalation: Move the person to fresh air and keep them in a position comfortable for breathing.
• Skin Contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and plenty of water.
• Eye Contact: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting.

Handling and Storage

Handling: Ensure good ventilation in the workspace. Avoid breathing vapors or aerosols. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands and exposed areas before eating, drinking, smoking, or leaving work.

Storage: Keep in the original container. Keep the container tightly closed. Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from food, drink, and animal feed.

• Technical Controls: Use local exhaust or general room ventilation to minimize vapor concentrations.
• Hand Protection: Use suitable gloves (EN 374) such as natural rubber, latex, PVC, or nitrile rubber (> 0.35 mm).
• Eye Protection: Use chemical safety goggles or safety glasses (EN 166).
• Skin Protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.
• Respiratory Protection: Recommended if inhalation is possible during use.
