This portable air conditioner uses R32 refrigerant, which is flammable. Always ensure the unit is installed in a well-ventilated room larger than 4m². Do not use open flames or ignition sources near the unit. If a leak is suspected, evacuate the area and contact the fire department. Always keep the unit upright and allow it to sit for 24 hours if it has been tipped more than 45 degrees before starting.
Product Overview
The unit features a control panel on top, an adjustable air outlet louver, a handle for mobility, an air inlet with a filter, casters, a drainage hole, and an air exhaust port.
Installation
Unpack the unit and ensure all accessories are present: exhaust hose, hose connector, window kit adapter, remote control, drainage pipe, and window kit. Place the unit on a firm, level surface with at least 50cm of clearance around it. Connect the exhaust hose to the unit and the window kit, ensuring the hose is not kinked or extended beyond its original length. Secure the window kit in your window and seal any gaps for maximum efficiency.
Operation
Use the control panel or remote to select modes: Cool, Dry, Fan, or Heat. The temperature can be adjusted between 61°F and 90°F. The unit features a sleep mode, timer, and child lock. For WiFi connectivity, download the DELLA+ app, activate WiFi on the unit, and follow the in-app instructions to connect to your home network.
Cleaning and Care
Clean the air filter every two weeks. Switch off the unit, remove the filter mesh, vacuum dust, and rinse under running water. Allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not touch the evaporator surface with bare hands.
Troubleshooting
If the unit is not operating, check the power connection, water level, and room temperature. If capacity is reduced, check for dirty filters, blocked ducts, or open windows. If the unit displays error codes like E0, E1, E2, or Ft, refer to the troubleshooting section for specific sensor or drainage issues.
Decommissioning
For long-term storage, unplug the unit, drain all water, clean and dry the filter, and store in an upright position in a dry, safe indoor location.

Unit not operating
