Important Information

Before installing or using the air conditioner, read all instructions carefully. Ensure the unit is installed by qualified personnel in accordance with national electrical codes. Do not use extension cords; the unit must be connected to a dedicated circuit. Always ensure the unit is properly grounded. Keep children away from the installation area and do not allow them to play with the appliance.

Device Overview

The system consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit features a front panel, air filters, LED display, signal receiver, and air deflectors. The outdoor unit includes the air outlet grille, valves for refrigerant, and terminal block connections.

Remote Control Operation

The remote control allows you to manage various functions:

• Mode Selection: Use the MODE button to switch between Cooling, Heating, Dry, Fan, and Feel modes.
• Fan Speed: Adjust the fan speed using the FAN button (Auto, Low, Mid, High).
• Swing: Use the SWING buttons to adjust the direction of the air deflectors.
• Timer: Set automatic turn-on and turn-off times.
• Sleep Mode: Adjusts the temperature automatically for comfort during sleep.
• Super/Turbo: Reaches the preset temperature in the shortest time.

Installation Instructions

Installation must be performed by a licensed technician. Choose a stable, non-vibratory location for the indoor unit with no obstructions near the air inlet or outlet. The outdoor unit should be installed on a solid wall, ensuring proper water drainage and airflow. Ensure the piping is run correctly, with the drain hose slanting downwards to prevent leakage. After installation, perform a test cycle to ensure the unit operates correctly.

Care and Maintenance

Periodic maintenance is essential for efficiency. Always disconnect the power supply before performing maintenance. Clean the anti-dust filters regularly by washing them with water (not exceeding 45°C) and letting them dry in a cool place. The electrostatic and deodorant filters (if installed) cannot be washed and should be replaced every 6 months. Clean the heat exchanger with a cloth, water, and neutral soap. For end-of-season maintenance, run the unit in ventilation mode for a few hours to dry the inside.

Troubleshooting

If the unit malfunctions, check the following:

• Unit does not work: Check for power failure, loose connections, or if the timer is active.
• Strange odor: Clean the air filter.
• Insufficient airflow: Check if the air inlet/outlet is blocked or the filter is clogged.
• Remote not responding: Check batteries and ensure no obstacles between the remote and the signal receiver.

In case of error, the indoor unit display may show error codes: E1 (Faulty indoor temperature sensor), E2 (Faulty indoor pipe temperature sensor), or E6 (Malfunction indoor fan motor).
