Quick guide from the manual

This high-pressure washer is designed for domestic cleaning tasks such as washing vehicles, machines, boats, and masonry. It uses clean water and biodegradable chemical detergents to remove stubborn dirt.

Safety Rules

Warning: High-pressure jets can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Do not point the jet at people, animals, electrical equipment, or the unit itself. Always wear protective clothing (PPE) when operating the machine. Ensure the appliance is positioned on a firm, stable surface during operation.

Assembly and Installation

All installation and assembly operations must be performed with the appliance disconnected from the mains power supply. The assembly sequence is illustrated in the manual (Fig. 2).

Electrical and Water Connection

  • Electrical: Ensure the electrical supply voltage and frequency correspond to those specified on the data plate. Use only approved electrical extension leads with suitable conductor cross-sections.
  • Water: Only clean or filtered water should be supplied. The flow rate of the water inlet tap should be equal to the pump flow rate. If connecting to the mains drinking water supply, the hose must be fitted with a backflow preventer valve as per current regulations.

Operation

To start the machine: turn on the water supply tap fully, release the safety catch (D), depress the gun trigger for a few seconds, and start the appliance using the starter device (ON/I). To stop, set the starter device to (OFF/0), depress the gun trigger to discharge residual pressure, and engage the safety catch.

Maintenance and Storage

Always disconnect the plug from the power socket before carrying out any work on the appliance. Inspect the power cable, high-pressure hose, fittings, trigger gun, and lance at each use. Clean the nozzle and inlet filter regularly. Before end-of-season storage, run the machine with non-aggressive, non-toxic antifreeze and store in a dry place protected from frost.

How to Avoid Damaging Surfaces

High pressure is not always the best solution for cleaning, as it may damage some surfaces. Never point the high-pressure jet straight at tyres. Always use the lowest pressure setting when cleaning near wheels and tyres. Never use the "Turbo Lance" for washing any part of a vehicle.

Practical help

Common problems

Pump does not reach working pressure

Check if the nozzle is worn, the water filter is fouled, or if there is air in the pump. Ensure the water supply tap is fully open.

Motor buzzes but fails to start

Check that the mains voltage matches the data plate. Verify extension cable characteristics. If the problem persists, contact an Authorised Service Centre.

No detergent sucked in

Ensure the detergent is not too dense (dilute with water) and that the detergent circuit is not restricted.

Before use

  • Check that the power cable, high-pressure hose, and fittings are not damaged.
  • Ensure the water supply tap is fully open.
  • Check the inlet filter for debris.
  • Ensure the appliance is on a firm, stable surface.
  • Check that the data plate is affixed to the appliance.

Model compatibility

  • Use only original accessories and spare parts.
  • Requires a backflow preventer valve when connected to mains drinking water.
  • Do not use the Turbo Lance on vehicle parts.
