The Dometic 2 Cook Turbo FFD (Model 203F2) is a portable gas stove designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Before use, ensure the appliance is placed on a firm, level surface and that all protective packaging has been removed. Proper ventilation is critical for safe operation.
Assembly and gas connection
Ensure the appliance is connected to an approved gas cylinder using a compatible hose and low-pressure regulator. Check all connections for leaks using soapy water before lighting. Do not use the appliance if the hose is damaged or worn. The gas cylinder must not exceed 500mm in height and 400mm in width.

Operating the appliance
To light the burner using the piezo igniter: push in and turn the control knob 90 degrees anti-clockwise, then press the piezo button. If it does not ignite within 2-3 seconds, turn the knob back to the OFF position and wait at least 1 minute before trying again. For cold starts, you may also use a BBQ lighter inserted through the vent holes under the burner.
GreenGrill cooking
Most cooking surfaces feature a GreenGrill ceramic coating. We recommend seasoning the surface before first use by rubbing it with cooking oil and heating on medium for 2-3 minutes. Use only silicone or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the coating. Clean surfaces only after they have cooled completely.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Clean the appliance after every use. Do not immerse the stove body in water. If the flame is weak or absent, the jet may be blocked. To replace a blocked jet: remove cooking surfaces, unscrew the bottom panel, lift the airvent cover, and remove the jet using a suitable spanner. Do not attempt to clean the jet with a pin or other sharp object.
