This manual provides essential information for the safe installation and operation of Dometic gas-on-glass cooktops. Always ensure the area is well-ventilated when using the device to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. If you smell gas, immediately shut off the gas supply, extinguish any flames, and have the system checked by a specialist.
Safety instructions
Explosion hazard: Do not use the device if it is leaking, damaged, or not operating properly. Never check for leaks with an open flame. Only use propane or butane gas containers with a certified pressure reduction valve.

Fire hazard: Keep the device away from flammable materials. Do not leave the device unattended while in use. Keep a suitable fire extinguisher ready.
Burn hazard: Accessible parts become very hot during use. Keep children and pets away. Use protective gloves when handling hot components and allow the device to cool down before touching it.
Installation
The installation must be performed by a qualified person. Ensure there is adequate ventilation (at least 150 cm² cross-section) in the installation location. Follow the specific cutout dimensions provided for your model (CVH 1350GOG, CVH 1525GOG, or CVH 1700GOG). Secure the device in the countertop using the provided fastening screws and rubber seal. Connect the gas supply using an 8 x 1 mm steel pipe and ensure all connections are leak-tested. Connect the 12V DC power supply and add a 1A fuse in the positive line near the battery.

Operation
Choose suitable cookware based on the burner size (S, M, or L). Ensure the area is ventilated before switching on. The device is equipped with a safety thermocouple that interrupts the gas supply approximately 30 seconds after the flame goes out.
Cleaning and maintenance
Allow the device to cool down before cleaning. Remove pan supports and clean with a soft, damp cloth. Have the device checked annually by a qualified person. Nozzle replacement must be performed by a qualified professional.
Technical data
The cooktops are designed for propane (G31) and butane (G30) gas. Connection voltage is 12V DC with a 1A fuse.
