This guide provides instructions for assembling the 36-inch bathroom vanity cabinet. Please note the following critical requirements:

• Do not use power tools for assembly, as this may damage the product and invalidate claims.
• Do not tighten screws until the entire unit is fully assembled.
• Two people are recommended for assembly to prevent injury or damage.
• Silicone glue is required for sink installation but is not included in the package.
• If you encounter missing or damaged parts, do not return the product to the store; contact the seller for assistance.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have a clean, non-abrasive surface to work on. Carefully check all packing materials for small parts that may have come loose during shipping. Verify all components against the provided Parts List and Hardware List before starting.

Cam Lock Assembly

The assembly relies heavily on cam locks. Follow these guidelines for a secure fit:

• Insert the cam bolt into the pre-drilled hole. Do not insert it too deep or too shallow, as this will prevent the cam lock from engaging properly.
• When connecting panels, ensure the side opening of the cam lock fits over the head of the cam bolt.
• Tighten the cam lock by turning it clockwise with a flat-head screwdriver. Do not use excessive force.

Assembly Steps

The assembly process involves 23 steps, primarily focusing on building the cabinet frame, drawer boxes, and door installation:

• Cabinet Frame: Assemble the side panels, storage panels, and crossbars using the provided cam locks and bolts.
• Drawer Assembly: Construct the drawer boxes by attaching the drawer sides to the drawer faces and bottom panels.
• Door Installation: Attach the damping hinges to the doors and mount them to the cabinet frame.
• Final Assembly: Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-fall hardware and install the sink using silicone glue (not included).

Hinge Adjustments

If the doors are not aligned correctly, use the hinge adjustment screws:

• Sideways/Tilt Adjustment: Turn the screw clockwise to move the door away from the cabinet side, or anticlockwise to move it closer.
• Height Adjustment: Support the weight of the door and turn the screws to move the door up or down.
• Forward and Back Adjustment: Adjust the depth of the door relative to the cabinet frame.
