Getting Started

To begin using your Elgato Facecam, follow these initial steps:

  1. Download Software: Visit elgato.com/download to download and install the Elgato Camera Hub app.
  2. Mounting: Attach the camera to your monitor or secure it to an Elgato Multi Mount system.
  3. Remove Privacy Cap: Ensure the lens cover is removed before use.
