  1. Preparation: Carefully pull house wires out of the junction box so they are easily accessible.
  2. Mounting Bracket: Position the mounting bracket (A) so the ground screw head faces outward. Ensure the tabs are at the top and bottom. Pull house wires through the center hole of the bracket. Align the bracket with the junction box holes and secure it using the junction box screws (B). Ensure the bracket is level and wires are not pinched.
  3. Grounding: Strip 3/4 inch of insulation from the fixture wires. Loosen the ground screw on the mounting bracket. Wrap the house ground wire (copper) around the screw, then twist it together with the fixture ground wire. Secure with a wire nut (C).
  4. Wiring: Connect the house lead wire (black) to the fixture lead wire using a wire nut (C). Connect the house neutral wire (white) to the fixture neutral wire using a wire nut (C). Wrap wire nuts with electrical tape (not included) to ensure they are secure. Carefully push all wires into the junction box.
  5. Backplate Installation: Place the backplate (D) over the mounting bracket (A). Align the holes in the backplate with the tabs on the mounting bracket. Secure the backplate using the fixture mounting screws (E).
  6. Shade and Bulb Installation: Raise the shade (K) to the fixture, passing the hole over the socket. Secure it in place using the socket ring (L). Repeat for all shades. Install recommended E26 Edison bulbs (not included). Verify the correct bulb wattage on the socket and do not exceed the maximum limit.
