Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, observe the following:

• Do not expose the apparatus to rain or moisture.
• Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, on the apparatus.
• Keep the monitor away from heat sources like radiators, stoves, or amplifiers.
• Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched.

Controls

The monitor features a simplified control panel with five buttons:

• AUTO: Selects the input source and makes menu selections.

• +: Increases audio volume.
• MENU: Opens the OSD menu and exits the last menu.
• POWER: Turns the monitor on and off.

• Audio: Adjust Volume and Mute settings.
• Other: Reset settings, adjust Menu Time, and OSD H/V Position.
• Information: Displays current signal resolution and frequency.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, check the following before contacting support:

• No sound/picture: Check all cable connections and ensure the power button is pressed.
• Remote control not working: Check for obstructions between the remote and the monitor; replace batteries.
• Power turns off: Check the sleep timer and power control settings.
• Signal out of range (VGA): Adjust resolution, horizontal frequency, or vertical frequency.
• Poor picture/color: Adjust color settings in the menu and ensure cables are connected properly.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance extends the monitor's lifespan:

• Always turn off and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
• Wipe the screen and cabinet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or wet cloths.
